Internet är väl lämpat för andlig vägledning.
En av de största andliga traditionerna är den karmelitiska (en katolsk orden både för munkar, nunnor och sådana som vill leva utanför kloster).
Hittade en länk (se nedan) till podcast-meditationer från tertiärkarmeliter i USA (som alltså inte lever i kloster utan "i världen"). De har blivit nominerade till ett pris.

The Meditations from Carmel podcast (www.stl-ocds.org) is brought to you from the Order of Carmel Discalced Secular at the Carmel of St. Joseph in St. Louis, Missouri. The community is a lay/secular religious order living the same charism and life of prayer as cloistered nuns or friars of the Carmelite Order. Their spirituality is inspired by the prophet Saint Elija and modeled on the humility and love of our holy mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary who brings us to love her Son, our Eternal Redeemer.
"As Carmelites living in the world, our calling is to listen to hear the whisper of God in the silence of our hearts. We seek Him, who we know loves us, and contemplate His wonders."
Our vocation is Carmel, but our simultaneous calling through this Podcasting apostolate, is to help the church to "take up her evangelizing mission with fresh enthusiasm" as Pope John Paul II encouraged us to do. Also, Pope Benedict XVI says the people of the Catholic Church should "spread the truth of the Gospel in the form of the New Evangelization."

Det gläder mig att den blev till nytta!
Se upp för den nya evangelisationen! Det kommer att komma nya religioner och till och med en ny världsreligion. Precis som det står i Bibeln, att man kommer att säga att Jesus är här och Jesus är där... (detta är inget citat ni får själva läsa och se) Läs i Bibeln om vad som komma skall och ni ska se. Läs gärna, och hör vad fader Serafim Rose, en amerikansk ortodox munk har sagt och skrivit. Mycket av det som sas och skrevs av honom upplevdes av hans samtid som oerhört kontroversiellt till och med i Ortodoxa kyrkan. Nu är han död, sedan 80-talet och numera anses han inte kontroversiell längre. Rannsaka skriften så ska ni se att det inte behövs någon ny vinkel eller förnyelse i religionen. Jesus har gett oss allt som vi behöver, vi behöver inget nytt. Var försiktig.

Det här är inte direkt "nytt" - Karmels spiritualitet har funnits länge. Så det är nog ingen större fara.
